Terms of Service

By accessing or using Coral Nest ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Coral Nest is an online marketplace that connects travellers with hosts offering accommodation, activities, transport and other travel-related services across Lakshadweep. We do not own, operate or control the listings on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their services, compliance with local laws, and the safety of their guests. Coral Nest reserves the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines or these terms.

Guests agree to respect host properties, follow house rules, comply with local regulations including Lakshadweep entry permits, and treat hosts and their premises with care and respect.

Travellers to Lakshadweep are responsible for obtaining valid entry permits as required by Indian government regulations. Coral Nest provides guidance but is not responsible for permit approvals or denials.

Users may post reviews and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Coral Nest a licence to use, display and distribute it on the Platform. We may remove content that is offensive, fraudulent, or violates these terms.

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, to harass other users, to post false information, or to circumvent our fees or security measures.

Coral Nest acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions or negligence of hosts or guests. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text and software, is owned by Coral Nest or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
