How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Coral Nest account and associated personal data by sending an email to admin@coralnest.co.in from the email address registered with your account. Please include the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and confirm your registered email address in the body.

Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What data is deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number).
• Your saved wishlists and search preferences.
• Permit documents you uploaded for Lakshadweep entry.
• Your host application and listing drafts (if applicable).
• All device/browser analytics tied to your user ID.

What data is retained

• Booking records: Completed booking receipts are kept for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws. Personal identifiers are anonymized where possible.
• Payment records: Transaction data is retained for 7 years as required by payment processor agreements and financial regulations.
• Support tickets: Closed support correspondence may be kept for up to 2 years for quality and dispute-resolution purposes.

Retention period

Once your deletion request is verified, your account and identifiable personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may remain for service improvement, but they cannot be linked back to you.
