- Booking details — travel dates, number of guests, special requests.
- Permit documents — uploaded for entry to Lakshadweep, stored securely.
- Payment information — processed by trusted payment partners; we do not store card numbers.
- Usage data — pages viewed, listings visited, device and browser information.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to confirm bookings, share necessary details with your host, verify entry permits, prevent fraud, improve our service, and contact you about your trip. We never sell your personal data.
4. Sharing with hosts
When you book, your host receives the information they need to welcome you — your name, arrival dates, guest count, and contact number. Permit documents are visible only to the host of your active booking.
5. Data security
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. Permit uploads are kept in a private bucket and require authentication to access.
6. Your rights
You can view, edit or delete your account information from your profile at any time. To request a full data export or account deletion, email admin@coralnest.co.in.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.
8. Children
Coral Nest is not intended for users under 18. Bookings on behalf of minors must be made by a parent or guardian.
